Verizon’s LG G Pad 8.3 gets updated with Android 4.4.2 KitKat

There are many devices which are running Android operating system and they got updated with Android 4.4.3 update or you can say 4.4.4 until now but there are certain devices which are lagged behind in getting update. The Verizon’s LG G Pad 8.3 is also listed in those devices but as you has heard that it better to late than never. The update is rolling out over OTA and should be accessible by everyone.

Verizon started out 4.4.2 KitKat update for LG G Pad device 8.3. Along with the changes in update, LG has bought some of its own tweaks and bugs fixing as well. • There will be change in Accessibility options like touch, zoom, caption and others
• LG has enhanced the Knock cod feature.
• There will customizable knocking patterns which will help in increasing security by keeping the data safe in device.

Now we have list of bugs that will be fixed by update

• The error message “Cannot connect to server” is fixed  which was appearing Exchange accounts
• Now the permissions for QPair app provider are accessible
• The will fast charging when charged with Verizon branded charger
• No muffling of sound for low volume multimedia
• Now WMA file for music can be playable
• When IPv6 connection is not available it will jumps to IPv4.

This update is rolling out and it should be there for all devices in few days. In setting app you can check it manually if not then wait. It might come any day.
