Samsung Android Gear run Android which puts Google Now on your watch with voice control, helps you in your interest, searches. Pebble watch is much like e-reader. It is very primitive to Android wear. Both of these wears near smartphone connected with blue tooth. Gear watch need an Android 4.3 running smartphone while Pebble is friendly with older phone.

Both devices contain notifications. Google now also displayed in Gear watch then Pebble which has limited alerts as of sms, calls, emails and other apps.

Gear watch is capable of speaking voice commands. It has speech recognition. Pebble lacks this. Both device run fitness tracking apps, the biggest advantage of LG Gear live is it has pulse monitor for sensing heart rate.

Gear is running quad core Qualcomm APQ80261.2 GHz processor while pebble has single core 120 GHz.
Samsung Gear comes in $250 while Pebble comes in $250 in steel and $230 in leather.
