NVIDIA’s SHIELD Tablet specs leaked out

It was long rumored that NVIDIA is working on tablet controller and screen combination. There is bit confirmation for leaking information of upcoming SHEILD tablet. There were rumors which seem to be true and no more secret now. On VideoCardz there is much detail leaked about price, specs. The companion controller described for $60. This premium device is expected to be much welcomed by users.

The presented slides on VideoCardz reveal the products description as

• It is run by NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor
• It comes with 2GB of RAM
• It has 16 GB in Wi-Fi model and 32 GB for LTE version internal storage
• Internal storage extendible with microSD expansion card.
• It has 8-inch 1080p IPS display which has support of Direct Stylus 2
• It has MPIX front-facing camera of 5-MP.
• The SHEILD tablet comes with a controller for retail price of $60.

There is also additional feature of front-face stereo speakers. Its battery power is unknown but support HD video playback for 10 hours. The starting price for this nasty device will be $300 with big competition. The company first revealed Tegra Note device gained not much success but this might bring change.

The SHEID tablet resembles to design of Tegra Note 7.Another good thing is that there will be new SHIELD wireless controller, look pretty in own way. It has a Direct Wi-Fi technology. The built-in feature of this controller has microphone and stereo headphone jack. It has analog joystick and a D-pad. It is compatible with SHEILD TABLET and SHEILD portable.

It seems to have resemblance with HTC One M8 device for aluminum speakers. It weighs about 390 grams which shows entire body of tablet is not of metal. This device sound a little bit expensive-The debut price of this device will be $300 and $60 for wireless controller which seems not more for Android games lovers for the whole package for $360.

According to slides shown, the official launch is expected to occur at 22nd July. In U.S and Canada the sale is set to 29th July. It is expect to be launched in Europe at Aug 14.
