Google Nexus 8 powered by Tegra-64-bit may unveil at Google I/O

Finally in upcoming Google I/O it is likely to announce after long-time rumors of Google Nexus 8, which is going to take place at 25th of June. It is suggested that Google may launch it 8-inch slate which might be codename as Flounder.

Google I/O conference webpage has a slat image on it. Previously some rumors were indicating announcements in June, and Google had used I/O platform many times for product launch.

lants or Flounder in Google code and is said to be produced by HTC which will be powered by 64-bit processor with Tegra system on chip. Myce (community website) showed many reference to device that is expected to reveal in next month.

Apparently, the Google Nexus 8 is running a NVIDIA Tegra processor and device will also supports two variants which are 32-bit and 64-bit and its mean Google may launch 64-bit version of Google Nexus 8 from NVIDIA.

According to MYCE complements, there is a Google Nexus 8 coming, and it is likely to be pretty soon when the new 8 inch slate is exposed. The social media site notice that there were several posts related to device test which is named a flounder and as Google uses fish names for it devices so it I used as code names for Nexus device. Google is wisely using the word “flounder” which is recently found in Google code that might have looked as an HTC produced Nexus 8.

The traces of Flounder name were removed by Google that were used were previously used in post on the social media site. The new references are leading us to Tegra processor that is going to be used with the tablet. It is mentioned on one post that device is running a 64-bit CPU.

So with any luck, we could see the long-awaited Nexus 8 tablet, finally unveiled by the end of next month. More precisely, Google I/O may held on June 25th and 26th this year
