The Sony kept his salience but reportedly specs are confirmed by @everleaks According to this leak the Sony Xperia Z3 will have comes in 5.15 inch display, the resolution will be 1920 × 180px, mean a bit smaller in size than Xperia Z2.The smartphone is said to be powered by four cored- Snapdragon 801 SOC. It will have clock speed of 2.4 GHz by each with the support of Adreno 330 GPU. It will have 3GB of RAM. According to @evleaks, device may contain on-board storage of 16 GB and as likely to Sony smartphone it will have microSD slot support. This device is expected to have 20.1 MP camera and front-panel of 2.1 MP which will have a support for video calling. It will operate by 4.4.4 Android KitKat but Android L could be in its future update. In this leak it is suggested by @everleak instead of 2.5 GHz, the clock speed will be 2.4 GHz per core. The Z3 could have greater power SOC support. No greater upgrade seemed to that of Sony Xperia Z2 which was notibly thinner and operated by 4.4.2 KitKat. The Android 4.4.4 KitKat was patch up by Google for security holes but it was the latest Android update by Google which will be available in z3 till October it won’t get updated with Android L. The camera feature of 20.7 was also seen in Sony Xpera z2 and front-camera is also same as in Z1 device. The resolution, 330 Adreno graphic and processor resembles to that of Galaxy S5 but screen size is larger than that. It said to announced official in September at Berlin during IFA till we have to wait for more info.
