2. Eligibility

To use MobileStore.pk and its services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or be using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

3. User Accounts

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

All content published on MobileStore.pk including mobile prices, specifications, reviews, blogs, news articles, and images is the intellectual property of MobileStore.pk unless otherwise stated. You agree that:

All prices listed on our platform are indicative market rates collected from local dealers and public sources across Pakistan
Prices may vary depending on your city, local market conditions, currency fluctuations, and import duties
MobileStore.pk is not responsible for any price differences between our listed rates and actual retail prices
Product specifications are gathered from official brand sources and may be subject to change without notice
MobileStore.pk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price or specification listed on our platform
You should always verify the final price and specifications with your local dealer or the official brand website before making a purchase decision

6. Marketplace — Buying and Selling

MobileStore.pk provides a marketplace platform where users can buy and sell new and used mobile phones. The following terms apply to all marketplace transactions:

For Sellers

You must be the legal owner of any product you list for sale on our marketplace
All product listings must be accurate, honest, and free from misleading information
You must clearly state the condition of the product — whether it is new, like new, good, or fair
You must not list stolen, fake, counterfeit, or illegally obtained products on our platform
You are responsible for setting a fair and accurate price for your listed product
You must honor the agreed sale price once a buyer confirms their purchase
MobileStore.pk reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without prior notice
Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of your seller account

For Buyers

You are responsible for reviewing product listings carefully before making a purchase
You should ask the seller any questions you may have about the product before confirming your order
MobileStore.pk strongly recommends completing all transactions through our platform to ensure buyer protection
Cash transactions outside the platform are done entirely at your own risk and MobileStore.pk will not be held responsible for any losses
If you receive a product that does not match the listing description, you must report it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Shipment Transparency

For all products sold directly by MobileStore.pk, we record and share a detailed video of the product before it is shipped. This video serves as proof of the product's condition and authenticity at the time of dispatch. This practice is part of our commitment to full transparency and customer trust.

7. Prohibited Activities

By using MobileStore.pk, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Listing fake, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited products on our marketplace
Providing false or misleading information in your account profile or product listings
Attempting to defraud other users through fake listings, false promises, or deceptive pricing
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users on our platform
Using our platform for any illegal activity under the laws of Pakistan
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of our website
Posting spam, irrelevant content, or unsolicited promotional material
Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings on our platform
Circumventing our platform to conduct transactions directly and avoid our buyer protection policies

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account, and may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Returns and Refunds

MobileStore.pk is committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory experience for all buyers. The following return and refund policy applies to products purchased directly through MobileStore.pk:

If a product is received in a condition that significantly differs from its listing description, you may be eligible for a return or refund
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned product has been inspected and verified
Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund
MobileStore.pk reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests

Please note that the pre-shipment video recorded by our team will serve as the primary reference in case of any dispute regarding the condition of a product at the time of dispatch.

9. Payments

All payments made through MobileStore.pk must be completed through our official and approved payment methods. You agree that:

You will only use payment methods that you are legally authorized to use
You will not attempt to make fraudulent payments or chargebacks without valid reason
MobileStore.pk is not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider
In case of a payment dispute, MobileStore.pk will review the transaction and make a fair decision based on available evidence

10. Intellectual Property

All content on MobileStore.pk including but not limited to logos, brand name, website design, text, images, icons, and code is the exclusive intellectual property of MobileStore.pk and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, MobileStore.pk shall not be held liable for:

Any losses or damages arising from transactions conducted through our marketplace between individual buyers and sellers
Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of MobileStore.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
