The All-Glass patent granted to Apple

There were rumors playing around that one day Apple design will be piece of glass. Apple has granted a patent that it will have it aluminum design replaced with all-glass casings in U.S. A patent was granted to Apple in which it can have method of fusing glass structures for iOS devices. Apple is working out to secure its patent that it can have all-glass iPhone. It was titled ‘Fused glass device housings’.

The All-glass design first seems to odd word, difficult to apply by could applied using Sapphire glass instead of regular one.

The company is also using expensive glass material for camera and touch system. There are suggestions that Apple trying to have a sapphire glass production but not confirmed yet.

According to patent the iOS device will have covering glass house. Glass house reside display and other electronic components of device. The glass house is structured by joining the piece of glass through fusion process.

The patent describes a new way of producing glass casing which can have a problem of weight and also there are problems of cracked iPhone screens. According to Apple by using this method they can make light, durable, eye-catching products. They will do this by fusing the glass pieces which is better than to have whole case made up of large block of glass. Apple is already using glass in its newer versions like IPhone 6 and also in predecessors, at front and back. There are also rumors that Apple is working on its Television set for gaining all-glass display.

This patent shows the practice of iPhone all-glass  that it also products that run the battle with rivals, that can have a power of stealing attention from the army of Android. When will this battle run, it is not confirmed or early to say now.
